Clarify Me uses AI to generate personalized reflection questions, pattern insights, and monthly reports based on your entries.
What AI does not do
AI insights in Clarify Me are not medical, psychological, or professional advice. They are designed for self-reflection, not diagnosis or treatment.
Automated analysis
Clarify Me uses automated analysis to surface possible emotional patterns, themes, and reflective prompts from what you write. This is meant to support your own reflection — it never results in a fully automated decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects for you (Art. 22 GDPR), and you can disregard, edit, or delete any pattern it surfaces at any time.
Data and AI providers
Reflection data may be sent to third-party AI providers to generate insights. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
Your control
You can delete your data at any time by contacting hello@clarifyme.io. Deleting your account removes your data from our systems.
